Directions

Heating Instruction. Make sure the wrap is at room temperature and is not wet. Place wrap on a clean, dry microwave-safe plate. Make sure the wrap does not hang off the edges of the plate. Even out the fill as much as possible. Place wrap and plate inside microwave. Do not allow wrap to come into contact with leftover food or spills inside the microwave. Important: Use a larger microwave if the edges of the wrap touch the inside of the microwave or if the microwave’s carousel does not spin. Microwave on MEDIUM power for 1 minute. If additional heat is needed, continue to microwave in increments of 30 seconds. Do not exceed a total heat time of 2 minutes. Important: DO NOT leave unattended when heating. DO NOT heat with water or when wrap is wet. Carefully check the temperature before wearing wrap. If it is too hot, allow it to cool. Put on your wrap and enjoy the soothing warmth! Cool wrap to room temperature completely before reheating. Chilling Instruction. Seal the Heated Neck + Shoulder wrap in a plastic bag then place it in the freezer. Chill the Heated Neck + Shoulder Wrap for 1 to 3 hours. Remove the Heated Neck + Shoulder Wrap from the freezer and its bag to check temperature. IMPORTANT: If it is too cold to wear comfortably, allow it to warm up to a comfortable temperature. Optional: To increase the aroma, massage the fill material from side to side.
