🛒 How do I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Simply email us at contact@asyouwish.store with your order number and requested changes.
📦 How will I know if my order was received?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t receive it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
🚚 How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number to see updates.
💳 How do payments work?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout. You will see a charge from "As You Wish Store" on your bank statement.
