- Free Shipping: Available for orders above $35 within the United States.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $35: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Orders above $35: Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for U.S. customers.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for updated information and re-ship the order at your expense.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@asyouwish.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.
