How do I change or cancel an order ?
To change or cancel an order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your order history and locate the order you wish to change or cancel.
- Click on the "Edit" or "Cancel" button next to the order.
- If you wish to change the order, modify the items or shipping details as necessary and click "Save Changes".
- If you wish to cancel the order, select the reason for cancellation and click "Cancel Order".
- If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation message.
If you are unable to change or cancel your order through your account, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that orders that have already been shipped may not be able to be cancelled or modified.
